The political situation in my country has only continued to worsen, as the coup by Donald Trump and Elon Musk continues to double down. Just last night, an official white house account touted trump as a king, posting an image of him wearing a crown. It's always been about plausible deniability with these guys. The ability to turn around and go "Uhhh, Nuh-uh! That was a joke actually." But its more than just fucking jokes.

Never has our country been so under threat. Never has such a blatant, rampant power grab been made. Never in this country have I witnessed such levels of civil unrest. I am glad to note that there are pockets of resistance even within government, but I fear even these are not doing enough. The people of the United States of America did not vote for a king.
